Note: Bright Smiles subscription plans are NOT INSURANCE. They are licensed discount savings plans offered by participating providers. Subscribers in good standing with their subscription fees are eligible to receive transparent, subscriber-only discounts from the normal retail fees at participating offices. The plan subscriber is obligated to pay for all services other than the discount afforded by the subscription plan.
